Father of three children killed by their mother sues HSE
Andrew McGinley, the father of three children who were killed by their mother who was receiving psychiatric care at the time, is bringing a medical negligance case against the HSE, St Patrick’s Hospital and a psychiatrist.
McGinley told The Times he was not taking the case to seek money but out of frustration about a lack of answers from the health agencies who treated his wife before she killed their three children, Conor, 9, Darragh, 7, and Carla, 3 in January 2020.
