Patient wrongly sues the doctor for an eye surgery but the court sees it all

Shyam, a teacher by profession, had troubled vision. He visited Dr. Deshpande who diagnosed high degree myopia in the right eye and performed a cataract surgery. Two or three days after the discharge, the patient again visited the doctor with complain of near zero vision in the eye. The doctor diagnosed retinal detachment and performed a second surgery.
