Anil had a heart attack and was rushed to Metro Hospital at Uttarakhand by his family. Dr. Gupta examined Anil, immediately admitted him to CCU for observation and thrombolysed with reteplase. The primary PCI could not be done as there was paucity of cardiologists at the hospital and hence Dr. Gupta referred Anil to a hospital in Dehradun for better care.
