Mrs. Nelson, a senior citizen, had diabetes, hypertension, cardiac problems and was on hemo-dialysis. She was admitted to Quality Care hospital on 25th April with symptoms of low grade fever and high BP. On 5th May she suffered severe breathlessness, went into coma and remained in coma until 24th May.
