A pregnant patient was under the antenatal care (ANC) of an experienced gynaecologist. At full term, the doctor had to deliver the baby through Ventouse method. A very healthy baby boy was delivered, however, unfortunately, the patient developed recto-vaginal fistula thereafter and suffered its complications.
