Dr. Vishesh performed cataract surgery on both eyes of Mr. Kochagasthy, a septuagenarian. Vision in the patient’s eyes did not improve after the surgery and hence, he approached the Kerala State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission making several allegations on the doctor.
