The patient could not conceive and hence, she consulted the gynaecologist. Tests reported endometriosis – patient’s ovary had cysts.
The doctor performed laparoscopic surgery and removed the cysts. However, the patient continued to experience menstrual pain.
Another scan was performed; to patient’s shock and surprise, it reported multiple cysts in the ovary. She consulted another doctor, who confirmed the test reports.
