No finger-pointing without solid proof

A young child suffered from febrile convulsions. She was admitted to the hospital where the doctor administered medicines, including injections on her left leg. The young girl was discharged after two days.

She developed high grade fever and hence, was taken to another hospital where tests reported meningitis. Her leg had turned blackish and there was swelling as well.
