Stitches comes off, so does patient’s acts of self-negligence

The patient underwent hysterectomy which was performed by an experienced surgeon. Few days after discharge, the stitches came loose and she suffered severe complications. Patient’s husband rushed her to the surgeon. Incisional hernia was diagnosed.
