The patient experienced sharp stomach pain. He consulted a doctor who diagnosed one 29mm stone in right kidney. The patient consented to nephrolithotomy.

There was profuse bleeding intra-operatively, the patient suffered cardiac arrest. The doctor performed nephrectomy and referred the patient to another hospital, from where he was referred to a third hospital.
