Parents of a two-year-old girl staged a protest at the government hospital in Kamareddy on Sunday following her death while administering a third dose of vaccine after being attacked by stray dogs a few days ago. Accompanied by her parents, the girl came to the hospital. A few minutes after the staff administered the vaccine to her, the girl died forcing the family members to stage a protest demanding action against those responsible for the incident. The irate family members relented after senior officials assured them that necessary action would be taken against the persons responsible for the incident. The girl suffered injuries when a pack of stray dogs attacked her near her residence at Ayyappanagar in the town.
