A pall of gloom descended on the Bistan area of Madhya Pradesh’s Khargone district after a 16-year-old girl, who had just celebrated her academic success, died under mysterious circumstances following treatment at a private clinic. The deceased, identified as Ayushi Patel, reportedly collapsed shortly after being administered saline and an injection, leading to allegations of medical negligence by her grieving family.
The local police have registered a case and initiated a high-level investigation into the matter. According to officials, the incident occurred on Sunday when Ayushi accompanied her father to the clinic for what appeared to be a routine seasonal ailment.
