Two women died after giving birth at a government hospital in Jhalawar district. Their families accused the doctors of negligence and vandalised the delivery room in anger.
The police arrived and brought the situation under control. Following the incident, the district administration took action and placed five hospital staff, including Dr. Pooja Meena, under APO (Attached to Police Office).
Families vent anger, delivery room vandalised
The incident happened around 7 PM on Saturday at the Community Health Centre (CHC) in Bhawani Mandi town. The families of the deceased women were enraged after hearing about their deaths. They broke the delivery room gate and created an uproar.
