Madhapur police are probing the death of 60-year-old reserve sub-inspector (RSI) Thallapally Raja Sambaiah from the Siddipet Commissionerate following allegations of medical negligence by his family. The gallantry awardee police officer, a resident of Karimnagar, died on Friday after alleged botched treatment at Yashoda Hospital in Hi-Tec City.D Krishna Mohan, station house officer (SHO), Madhapur police station, said, "The body was shifted to Osmania General Hospital mortuary for post-mortem examination.We are awaiting the report. Further action, including legal opinion on the allegations against the hospital, will be taken based on the findings."
