After years of relentless struggle, a grieving mother has finally secured a breakthrough in her pursuit of justice. Twelve years after the tragic death of her son, a case has now been registered against a doctor, marking a significant step forward in a long and painful legal battle.
The case dates back to April 8, 2014, when 23-year-old Salman Baber Shah, a resident of Govandi, Mumbai, met with a motorcycle accident and suffered a fracture in his right thigh bone. He was immediately admitted to a hospital in Govandi, where doctors reportedly assured the family that the injury was not life-threatening and that he would recover soon.
