A dispute with a lawyer at a private hospital in Jaipur about 5 months ago has escalated. Angry over the lack of action against the accused doctor even after filing an FIR, lawyers staged a blockade outside the High Court today.
The blockade that started during the day continued till late at night. The police administration promised concrete action within 3 days. However, lawyers are insisting on immediate action. Lawyers say the incident is from September 2025.
But police have not taken any concrete action in the case till date. The advocates have made it clear that they will not move until Dr. Sondev Bansal, the operator of the private hospital located in Mansarovar, is arrested.
Allegations of negligence in treatment Actually, allegations of medical negligence were made against the hospital during the treatment of Advocate Jitendra Sharma's mother. An FIR was registered against Dr. Sondev Bansal in September 2025 in this case.
