A tragic case of alleged medical negligence has come to light in Nagpur, where a 16-year-old girl, Akshi Umak, lost her life while undergoing treatment for jaundice at YES Hospital in Dighori in the city. Her devastated family has accused the hospital’s doctors of negligence, claiming that their daughter’s life was lost due to irresponsible and improper medical care. Nagpur Today’s special report.
Following the family’s complaint, the Sakkardara Police Station has registered a case and begun an inquiry into the circumstances surrounding Akshi’s untimely death. However, the burning question remains: Will Akshi get justice?
