Sitapur Police have filed an FIR against the operator and staff of a private hospital in Reusa following a probe into the death of a woman shortly after childbirth, allegedly due to negligence.The woman was admitted to the hospital on March 4, where she gave birth. Her condition worsened post-delivery and she died.
